Our trips are designed for anyone who enjoys outdoor adventures and cultural experiences. Some treks can be physically demanding, so a reasonable level of fitness is recommended.

We offer treks with different difficulty levels and can customize trips to match your fitness level and preferences.

Yes. Many of our travelers join us as solo adventurers.

You may have the option to join a small group or another solo traveler. If you prefer a private room, a single supplement may apply. Please contact us for details.

October – November
The most popular time to visit. The monsoon has just ended, leaving clear skies, fresh air, and beautiful green landscapes with excellent Himalayan views.

December – February
Winter season. The weather is colder, especially at higher altitudes, but visibility is still good and there are fewer tourists on the trails. Some high passes may close due to snow.

March – May
Second most popular trekking season. The weather is warmer and rhododendron flowers bloom across the hills.

June – September
Monsoon season. Trekking is still possible in some regions, but heavy rain and humidity may limit options.

Yes, travelers usually book their own international flights. However, if you would like assistance, we can help arrange your flights.

Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before coming to Nepal. Although most trips run smoothly, insurance protects you in case of unexpected events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or evacuation.

There are no mandatory vaccinations for visiting Nepal. However, it is best to consult your doctor or travel clinic before your trip.

Altitude sickness is possible during high-altitude treks. Symptoms usually begin above 3,500 meters.

No. Porters will carry up to 10 kg per trekker.

We typically assign 1 porter for every 2 trekkers, following international porter protection guidelines. You only need to carry your personal daypack with essential items.

Food served during treks is freshly prepared and safe to eat.

Tap and mountain water are generally not safe for tourists to drink. We recommend:

  • Bottled water
  • Boiled water
  • Water purification tablets or filters

Tea and coffee are safe to drink.
